Does Scoop AZ clean the entire yard?
Scoop AZ will clean any areas of your property that have existing dog waste, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs - including under and around propane tanks, trampolines, etc.
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Scoop AZ. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and diseases such as parvo. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background-checked. We always have the necessary equipment to handle any unexpected situations.
How much does it cost to hire a pet waste removal expert?
Generally, Scoop AZ has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $60 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $85 and $125 per month.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Absolutely no contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your Scoop AZ subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.

Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but because of our size, we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.
Can I request arrival windows or services?
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
